Terms of Service

1. The service

Valtra is a software tool that helps founders structure business ideas, plan validation experiments, and track progress. It uses AI models to generate diagnoses, strategy, experiments, plans, reflections, and advisor responses based on the information you provide.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and be legally able to agree to these terms.
• You may stop using the service at any time.

3. Your content

You own the business ideas, notes, interview records, and other content you add. You give Valtra permission to store and process that content only to operate the service, including sending relevant business context to our AI provider to generate responses.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
• Do not use automated means to generate excessive AI requests. AI features have limits on every plan, including fair-use limits on paid access.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Payments and the Founder Pass

• Paid access is sold as the Founder Pass: a one-time payment of ₹999 for 30 days of the Founder plan, including 1,500 AI credits. It doesn't renew, and nothing is charged again.
• Credits pay for AI requests: a chat reply usually uses 1 credit, and deeper work uses a little more. Manual tools never use credits. AI features have daily fair-use limits on every plan, including paid access.
• When a pass ends, your account returns to the Free plan's limits. Unused credits stay in your balance and carry over if you buy another pass. Nothing you've saved is locked or deleted.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay on its own page. Valtra never receives your card, UPI or bank details.
• Refunds follow our cancellation and refund policy.
• Prices may change, but never for a pass you've already bought.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before it arose.

6. Fictional advisor roles

The advisor roles (The Investor, The Customer Researcher, The Product Strategist, The Growth Advisor, The Execution Coach, The Contrarian, and The Customer Advocate) are fictional AI perspectives. They are not real people and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any real investor, entrepreneur, or company.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
