Delete it yourself

The same steps work on the website and in the Valtra apps for Android and iOS:

• Sign in to Valtra.
• Open Settings (on a phone: More, then Settings).
• Under Delete account, choose Delete my account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and can't be undone. You're signed out, and your sign-in is removed too.

What is deleted

Your account and everything in it: your profile, ideas, conversations, evidence, decisions, reviews, credits, invite code and invite records, and any reports you made about AI replies.

What is kept

• With nothing linking them to you any more: AI usage records (feature, model, size and estimated cost), product statistics, and any in-app feedback you sent.
• Payment records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires, also no longer linked to your account.
• A waitlist entry, if you joined one, until you leave the waitlist or ask us to remove it.

Can't sign in?

Email founder@valtra.tech from the address on your Valtra account and ask us to delete it.
